Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• 3 years of experience in the same Field in Pediatric intensive care unit (PICU).
• Dataflow is a must.
• Dubai lisence holder is a plus.
• Fluent in English
Job description and responsibilities
- Closely monitor patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Operate and maintain advanced life-support equipment, such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient care and progress.
- Respond to medical emergencies and perform advanced life support procedures.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of pediatric patients.
- Be proficient in using specialized pediatric equipment and techniques.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Make quick and informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
