Guildhall is recruiting for a leading construction company seeking a Technical Manager to oversee technical aspects related to product development, certification, and environmental initiatives.The Technical Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s offerings meet industry standards and customer expectations for quality and sustainability.• Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.• Coordinate with environmental consultants to advance the company's sustainability objectives.• Support the marketing team with technical insights for collateral development.• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary certifications and technical details for submissions.• Monitor and analyze technical performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of technical efforts with overall business objectives.• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on technical activities, results, and insights.• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technical team.• Mentor and develop members of the technical team, providing guidance, support, and professional growth opportunities.• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in technical management and environmental sustainability.• Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and strategy.• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or certification in a • specialized area preferred.• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical management roles, with a track record of success in product development, certification, and environmental initiatives.• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and certification processes.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and excellence, able to ensure deliverables meet high standards and expectations.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
