This position involves overseeing and guiding the design and development of various architectural projects, while mentoring a talented team of architects.• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.• Mentor a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.• Utilize Autodesk Revit and BIM for detailed project documentation.• Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliver clear presentations.• Master’s degree in Architecture and an Architect License.• 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong leadership skills.• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
