Job Description

As the Head of Product, Treasury Services, CEEMEA based in The UAE, your role will be focused on the day-to-day management of the CEEMEA Treasury Services franchise and setting the vision for future growth. J.P. Morgan Treasury Services and the broader Payments business that it sits within are expanding their regional footprint and capabilities, building on the firm’s global franchise. Your leadership will bring together regional functions that execute on the investment planning, development and implementation of our product offerings across multiple countries.


Job Responsibilities: 


  • Develop a strategy to deepen our Treasury Services offering in existing markets and expand into new markets across the CEEMEA region
    Define a methodology to determine market opportunity and prioritization for expansion
     
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to build and launch product offerings across markets
     
  • Manage a team across multiple locations to make sure that product offerings are globally consistent but locally relevant
     
  • Work in partnership with the regional and global product management teams to determine the investment planning and budgeting processes
     
  • Increase the firm’s external profile through industry forums, client events and marketing events
     
  • Deliver on multi-year programmes across multiple markets

Required Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities: 


  • Subject matter expertise in CEEMEA payments across traditional core cash management to emerging payment rails and merchant acquiring
     
  • Executes with holistic understanding of end-to-end process, product and industry
     
  • Team player, capable of building relationships with key business partners
     
  • Confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
     
  • Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
     
  • Proficient in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
     
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
     
  • Travel overseas as a regular requirement
