Job Description


Job Summary:
As a Paymaster, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process within the organization. You will ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other financial compensations to employees.

Job Responsibility:
- Process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Calculate employee salaries, deductions, and bonuses accurately.
- Maintain payroll records and track employee hours, leave, and overtime.
- Address any payroll-related queries or issues from employees.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Stay updated on payroll processing guidelines and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, software, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
