Responsibilities:
1. Discuss model sketches with the chief designer and technologist.
2. Work with the designer to manage the fabric and accessory tables.
3. Discuss garment construction details with the technologist before and during the model development process.
4. Create patterns for women's wear in accordance with the sketch of the chief designer.
5. Utilize the method of pattern transfer onto film for complex designs.
6. Control of the sewing of the prototypes at the factory.
7. Conduct fittings on a standard figure, ensuring the quality of garment fit.
8. Making changes to the design and patterns in accordance with the protocol of remarks of the fittings.
9. Receive samples from the factory. Measure samples and compare them to the measurement table for accuracy. Conduct fittings on a figure.
10. If necessary, adjust construction details based on fabric changes, leading to pattern revisions and the creation of new technical documentation.
