Location: Jumeirah 1, Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Coordinator with a healthcare background. You will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and sales support to our Clients, i.e. Patients. You will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions and recommendations. Your goal will be to promote and sell our healthcare programs, i.e. products and services, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our Patients and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Patient Coordination:
- Scheduling appointments using the facility's systems to ensure a smooth patient experience. Monitoring patient adherence to follow-up visits to enhance treatment continuity.
- Offering a warm welcome to all patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone, while employing proper telephone etiquette.
- Facilitating efficient patient flow by alerting providers upon patient arrival, managing delays effectively, and maintaining clear communication with both patients and clinical staff.
- Handling inquiries from patients, prospective patients, and visitors with courtesy.
- Ensuring all patient interactions, including potential, new, and follow-up visits, are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Client relationship management:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the healthcare industry
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Providing personalized service and support to Clients, i.e. Patients
- Assisting Clients with product and service selection
- Providing information and education on healthcare products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure Client satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
- Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's healthcare products and services

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for Clients
- Understands, follows and supports all hospital infection control programs
