Job Title: Patient Coordinator – Aesthetic Clinic
We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage appointments efficiently, and experience in a clinic, medical center, or aesthetic facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Provide information about treatments, procedures, and clinic services
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure seamless patient care
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the database
- Assist in payment processing and insurance documentation if required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative in a clinic or medical center
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Knowledge of clinic management systems is a plus
