What You'll Do?


  • Menu Development: Creating and developing menu items that reflect the brand's identity, values, and target audience.
  • Recipe Creation: Developing unique and innovative recipes that align with the brand's image and appeal to its customers.
  • Food Styling: Ensuring that the presentation of the food aligns with the brand's aesthetic and standards.
  • Brand Representation: Acting as a spokesperson for the brand in culinary events, media appearances, and collaborations.
  • Quality Control: Maintaining the quality and consistency of the food across different locations or outlets.
  • Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure that they understand and adhere to the brand's culinary standards.
  • Collaborations: Collaborating with other chefs, influencers, or brands to promote the brand's culinary offerings.
  • Market Research: Keeping up with culinary trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to ensure that the brand remains relevant and competitive.

What Are We Looking For?


  • 10+ years of experience, with a focus on bakery/pastry and senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in menu development, recipe creation, and food styling for premium brands.
  • Strong leadership in training teams and ensuring quality control across multiple outlets.
  • Experience in brand representation at events, media, and collaborations.
  • Ability to drive innovation, stay ahead of trends, and maintain brand relevance.
  • Excellent communication skills and expertise in food safety and regulations.
