Job Description

  • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
  • Monitor the presentation of multiple bakery items including pastries, and look after the dressing, topping and arrangement to attract customers.
  • Understanding the customer requirements and demands, and preparing dishes accordingly to expand the existing menu.
  • Communicating and motivating fellow colleagues to work diligently and prepare excellent dishes.

Skills

  • Knowledge of making new york-style cookies
  • Ability to bring new flavor every month
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.
  • A motivated individual willing to improve professional skills and abilities to be a better pastry chef.
  • A passion for achieving finesse in all dishes.
  • The ability to prepare and present top-class bakery items with utmost professionalism.
