Job Description

  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
  • Handle the stock of ingredients required to prepare bakery items, understand the ingredient quantities, and list them down.
  • Examine the quality of culinary equipment utilized in daily activities and their impact on the preparation of bakery items.
  • Communicating and motivating fellow colleagues to work diligently and prepare excellent dishes.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.).
  • An experienced professional with sufficient knowledge of the appropriate ingredients for a variety of bakery dishes, including French delicacies
  • An experienced professional always striving to expand knowledge base and learn modern techniques to prepare bakery dishes.
  • Skills in monitoring the final details in preparations to meet customer requirements.
