Job Description

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Salesperson to manage parts sales through both retail and workshop counters at FAMCO Rashidiya. This role is crucial for driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and achieve parts sales targets in accordance with strategic plans, while developing sales volumes in your designated area.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, assisting them in selecting the required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that quotations, sales orders, and the application of customer discounts or special prices are processed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up on parts back-orders to provide customers with timely updates on the status of their orders, ensuring that all parts are delivered on the promised date.
  • Oversee warehouse management and operations to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring they receive value for their purchases and fostering long-term relationships.
