Our client is a competitive Forex Trading Organization with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for a Partnership Manager with a strong background in the Forex industry.
Identify, recruit, and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Influencers to expand the company’s partner network.
Develop and execute customized partnership programs tailored to different partner types.
Drive trading volume and revenue growth through IB and affiliate partnerships.
Design and optimize commission structures, rebate plans, and promotional campaigns to attract high-quality partners.
Work with the marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies that increase client acquisition through partnerships.
Monitor trading performance, client activations, and campaign success rates, making adjustments as needed.
Ensure that IB, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Work with compliance teams to conduct due diligence on partners and ensure ethical marketing practices.
Monitor trading behaviors and risks associated with IB-referred clients to prevent fraudulent activities.
Track KPIs, trading volumes, client acquisition rates, and campaign performance across all partner channels.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development in Forex and CFDs
Deep understanding of IB models, affiliate programs, trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader), and digital marketing strategies.
Strong ability to close deals and optimize partner performance.
Ability to analyze campaign performance, IB trading volumes, and client retention rate
Must be fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
