The Main Event: What you'll do
This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner Success Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Partner Success Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the platform, and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves daily communication with partners, providing support, and collaborating with internal teams to drive partner success.
The Perfect Match: What you bring
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Minimum of 1-year experience in the mortgage industry. Experience in partner management, account management, or customer success. Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.* Experience with CRM software.
