Description
Draft and prepare legal documents pertinent to banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Monitoring transition progress and ensuring timely completion.Assist in the completion of transactions by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.Oversee post-completion matters, addressing any outstanding issues and ensuring a seamless transition for clients.Liaise effectively with clients and lawyers, providing updates and addressing inquiries to foster strong professional relationships.Engage with a diverse range of tasks that present challenges and opportunities for growth within the banking sector.Working closely with clients and legal professionals.
Profile
A Bachelors of Law (L.L.B), Bachelor of Arts in Law (BA Law) or Bachelor of Science in Law (BS Law) degree and/or Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent qualifications is preferred.0-2 years of relevant experience in a legal environment.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage one's own workload effectively.Demonstrated efficiency and commercial awareness, with the capacity to think critically and creatively.Previous experience working collaboratively as part of a team is highly desirable.
