Summary: As the Paid Social Specialist at Huda Beauty, you'll manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. The role involves daily tasks such as campaign development, performance analysis, budget management, creating ad creatives, conducting A/B tests, and using advanced targeting techniques. If you're a seasoned digital marketer with a passion for beauty and a knack for driving results, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine paid social strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage and allocate budgets across various campaigns to ensure optimal spend and maximize return on investment.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify the best-performing ad variations and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments and maximize campaign impact.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in paid social media advertising and incorporate best practices into campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
