About the Role
The ENTERTAINER is looking for an experienced and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our global paid media efforts across key platforms and markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing high-performance campaigns, leading teams, and scaling paid efforts across international markets.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will oversee a team of Paid Media Coordinators and be responsible for end-to-end campaign management across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Google and TikTok. Your focus will be on performance, optimisation and driving measurable results in key markets including the UAE, GCC, and Singapore.
As a Paid Media Manager you will

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of Paid Media Coordinators to deliver high-performing, full-funnel paid campaigns across social and search platforms.
  • Own and execute the global paid media strategy, aligning with the broader growth and marketing objectives of the ENTERTAINER.
  • Plan and launch campaigns across multiple markets including UAE, GCC and Singapore.
  • Manage media budgets across all platforms, forecasting spend and KPI delivery (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
  • Set up, optimise and scale paid campaigns using tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and YouTube.
  • Leverage attribution and analytics tools (e.g., Singular, Google Analytics, Meta reporting tools) to monitor performance and identify insights for ongoing optimisation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Strategy, Creative, CRM and Product teams to ensure campaign alignment and messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief and guide the development of high-converting ad creatives across various formats (video, static, carousel, etc.).
  • Build and deliver performance reports and dashboards that tell a compelling story backed by data.
  • Proactively test new platforms, formats, bidding strategies and audience targeting methods to improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget and meet forecasted KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Data and CRM teams to align paid media strategies with audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives for more personalised and effective campaign targeting.
  • Lead conversations with platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Stay current with trends in paid media, platform updates, and competitive landscape.

What we’re looking for
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience running multi-market campaigns and optimising them based on localised insights and consumer behaviour.
  • Deep understanding of ad buying and platform tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience using Singular or similar attribution/analytics platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in campaign tracking, UTM parameters, conversion tracking and audience segmentation.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting performance across a large media spend.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to clearly brief, report, and collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders across markets.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
