Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension to 1 year based on performance).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Experience live shoots firsthand, work alongside our technical crew, assist the producer with planning, and explore new industries with every project—from corporate events to fashion and sports.
- Work closely with the team and assist in building relationships with top brands and top executives from major UAE companies.
- Attend sales meetings with our sales consultant and corporate clients, take meeting minutes, and prepare project briefs afterward.
- Connect with new leads, build rapport, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Provide excellent support to existing clients by replying to emails, addressing feedback, and assisting with anything they need to ensure they’re getting great service.
- Create impactful content: Draft emails, proposals, and presentations alongside the client relations team.
- Master the latest organization, planning, and communication tools, staying on top of tasks with Google Sheets and CRM software.
