Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Administrative Support:
a)Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
b)Handle all correspondence, including emails, calls, and official documents.
c)Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
2.Coordination & Communication:
a)Act as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
b)Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
c)Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action points.
3.Confidentiality & Professionalism:
a)Handle sensitive information with discretion.
b)Maintain confidentiality in all business dealings.
4.Office & Task Management:
a)Oversee daily operations related to the MD’s office.
b)Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
c)Assist in project management tasks and business research.
5.Personal Assistance:
a)Provide personal administrative support as required.
b)Ensure personal and business tasks are effectively managed.
Qualifications & Skills:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2.Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
3.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7.High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
8.Experience in working with senior executives or in corporate environments.
