Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within homeowner associations and community management sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with association board members, property managers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the needs of owner associations
  • Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to promote Al Mufeed services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and community meetings to establish connections
  • Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics and market feedback
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities and market insights to senior management
