We are seeking a highly skilled Orthodontist Specialist for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi. DOH/ HAAD License as Orthodontist Specialist and 4 years of experience in the similar role are must.
Preferably Arabic Speaking candidates with immediate availability.
Job Responsibilities:
Using various diagnostic tests to determine the condition of patients' teeth.
Studying patient records, including dental histories, plaster models of teeth or digital scans, and X-rays to develop treatment plans for patients.
Discussing treatment plans for patients.
Instructing assistants on orthodontic procedures and techniques.
Collaborating with other specialists, to coordinate orthodontic services within the overall treatment plan.
Fitting patients for various orthodontics appliances.
Scheduling regular checkups with patients to make adjustments to orthodontic appliances, and tracking patient progress.
Educating patients about ongoing orthodontic care and explaining proper oral hygiene methods for good appliances including straight wire and self-ligating systems.
Experience in treating patients with Invisalign.
Experience in functional appliances.
Experience in using TADS for anchorage.
RequirementsSkills and Experience:
Willing to work on either commission only OR with a basic salary plus commission.
Able to work part-time (Number of days will be discussed)
DOH / DHA License as Orthodontist Specialist.
4-5 years experience as an Orthodontist.
Fluency in English & Arabic would be an advantage.
In depth knowledge of various molds and orthodontic appliances.
Superb dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Outstanding patient management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ethics, must adhere to government regulations, such as those stipulated under DOH, as well as any policies set forth by the Centre.
