Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Organizational Development team to support an Organizational Development Project. The intern will assist with data entry, job description unification, and other Organizationalal development tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in HR analytics, Organizationalal structures, and job frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and Organizational for Organizational development-related records and job descriptions.
- Support the unification and standardization of job descriptions across different functions.
- Work with the team to ensure accuracy and consistency in job-related documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and Organizational Development teams to support the development of job frameworks.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining Organizationalal structures within HR systems.
- Provide general administrative support for the Organizational Development team as needed.
