Organisational Design Specialist

As an Organisational Design Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of organisational design strategies. You will work closely with the Organisational Design Unit Head to conduct research, analyse organisational structures, and identify areas for improvement.

Description
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support organisational design initiatives.Analyse organisational structures and processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimisation.Develop recommendations for organisational changes based on your research and analysis.Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives by providing guidance and expertise.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Contribute to the development of organisational design tools and templates.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Professional certifications in organisational design, change management, or related disciplines are a plus.Experience in organisational design or a related field is preferred.Strong understanding of organisational design principles and methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
