In the role of Oral And Maxillofacial Surgeon Specialist, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and management of various conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, and face. Your expertise in performing intricate surgical procedures is essential for delivering high-quality patient care and improving overall outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with oral and maxillofacial conditions
- Develop tailored treatment plans including surgical interventions
- Carry out complex surgical procedures such as extractions, orthognathic surgeries, dental implant placements, and facial trauma repairs
- Diagnose and treat infections, diseases, and structural abnormalities in the oral and facial regions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated patient care
- Provide post-operative care and follow-up, monitoring patients’ recovery and outcomes
- Stay current on advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery and participate in continuous education
