Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion HR systems, including proficiency in configuring and customising individual HR modules
Previous experience in HR process optimisation and system integration projects
Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices and industry standards
Ability to align Oracle HR systems with business processes and requirements.
Experience with HR data analysis and deriving actionable insights from system data.
Extensive project management experience and excellent communication skills that enable you to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
