Job Description

The Oracle Fusion HCM Project Manager / Functional Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM processes, project management, and team leadership, making them a key player in driving organizational success through effective human resource management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
  3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
  4. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  5. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  7. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  8. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
  9. Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
  10. Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior team members.
