Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Manage large data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Oversee the integration between Oracle Fusion, Unifier, Salesforce and others ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Provide hands-on expertise in core Oracle Fusion modules, including Finance, Procurement, and Human Capital Management (HCM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of integration between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
Extensive experience in data migration projects.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules, including Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
