As an Ophthalmologist Specialist/Consultant at SearchPlus HR, you will provide expert care in diagnosing, treating, and managing various eye disorders and conditions. Your advanced knowledge and skills will be essential in enhancing the visual health and quality of life for patients.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough eye examinations and assess patients' medical history to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including visual field assessments, OCT imaging, and tonometry.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of ocular conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
- Perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and other relevant ophthalmic surgeries.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and surgical interventions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field of ophthalmology.
