Job Description

The Operations Supervisor at Cado will be responsible for overseeing vendor management, sourcing and purchasing, logistics management, fulfilment operations, quality assurance, budget and cost control, and stakeholder collaboration.

Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within the e-commerce or gifting industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in conflict management and problem-solving.
