Key Accountabilities
While this is not a current vacancy, the following responsibilities represent the type of work anticipated for this role:


  • Lead the overall delivery and performance of complex projects and operations management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutual success and contract longevity.
  • Oversee multi-disciplined teams, including People Managers and support functions such as finance and procurement.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with international and local statutory requirements, as well as industry best practices in facilities management.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record of managing complex operations and teams in a high-performing environment:


  • Over 10 years of experience in complex project and operations management.
  • At least 8 years of experience managing multi-disciplined teams, including support functions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (industry accreditations are preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Knowledge of international and local statutory requirements, along with industry best practices in facilities management.
