Operations Manager – Guest RelationsLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Market related Our client is a holiday property rentals company, offering luxury at esteemed locations across the UAE. As a niche market and a growing portfolio, we are seeking a seasoned professional in the Short-Term Rental / Real Estate market to join their team. Key role, reporting directly to the CEO, is to manage and oversee all day-to-day operations with regards to Guest Relations, property housekeeping and maintenance. Responsibilities· Handle and manage difficult situations effectively to an acceptable resolution· Oversee and direct the maintenance manager· Check in guests on the DTCM portal and ensure DTCM / DED unit compliance matters and inspections.· Run day-to-day check-in and check-out procedures for properties and be the guests primary point of contact.· Conduct final inspections / reviews of each unit after housekeeping and maintenance teams complete their duties· Ensure VIP guests are satisfied, and needs are met - including providing a basic concierge service for bookings, airport transfer, car hire, local attraction recommendations, etc.)· Develop relationship with guests, such that you become a key contact for them, awareness of their itinerary
