Operations Manager (Air & Sea Freight) with Sales Experience

Requirements:

• Proven ability to drive business development and expand a client base in the logistics industry.
• Strong network and contacts within the UAE logistics and freight forwarding market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and systems, with a good understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is highly preferred.
