Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the organization, including marketing, student recruitment, operations and overall business management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education and a proven track record in operations and international student counselling.
This will be achieved through working with various internal as well as external key stakeholders including university partners, sub-agents, embassies, event organizers, off shore processing team.
The Operations  Manager will be required to work on existing and new emerging international markets and partners.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management:
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems for effective student recruitment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust operations to meet business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize productivity.
  • Manage the office with day-to-day operations.
2. Marketing Strategy:
  • Manage the execution of comprehensive marketing plans to promote organization services.
  • Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional outreach to attract potential students.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work on promotion of University partners as and when required in different regions.
3. Student Recruitment:
  • Oversee student recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Build relationships with educational institutions, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Develop engaging recruitment materials and presentations for prospective students.
4. Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations and marketing teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Liaise with educational institutions, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance consultancy offerings.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Reach out to potential partners for expanding B-2-B network.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on operations, marketing effectiveness, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Use data analysis to drive decision-making and improve overall performance.
  • Ensuring of achievement of recruitment targets for all signed partners.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
