Job Description

Are you a quick thinker and decisive leader with a background in hospitality? You+Baby Studio, the leading family photography studio in MENA, is looking for an Operations Manager to keep our studio running smoothly every day. We need someone who’s proactive, thrives in a busy environment, and understands what it takes to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients, especially families with children.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep Operations Flowing: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, from cleanliness to inventory, ensuring everything’s in place for a seamless studio experience.
  • Lead Client Experience: Bring your hospitality know-how to create a warm, family-friendly environment that keeps clients coming back.
  • Drive Results: Lead the team in hitting sales targets and meeting operational goals, setting a high standard for both service and performance.
  • Develop the Team: Train, motivate, and support our team, fostering an environment where everyone can excel.
  • Provide Insights: Use operational data to identify areas for improvement and help shape our strategy for growth.


Skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • Team Management: Proven experience managing a team of 20+ people, with the ability to lead effectively and bring out the best in a diverse group.
  • Hospitality Experience: You understand the importance of exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Fast, Clear Decision-Making: You’re someone who can think on their feet and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Proactive Approach: You anticipate what needs to be done before it becomes an issue, keeping operations smooth.
  • Strong Leadership: You know how to bring out the best in a team, balancing a supportive approach with a drive for results.
  • Multi-tasking Skills: You’re organized and can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
