We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager in various operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, client relations, and CRM usage within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Attend daily operation huddles.
Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes related to ongoing projects.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
Support progress tracking by regularly following up with team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project milestones are met and contributing to successful project closure.
Keep a daily log of client communications and ensure they are well-documented across all active projects.
Update and maintain CRM records to reflect current project statuses, client interactions, and other relevant information.
Assist in compiling reports and summaries for internal and client-facing meetings as required.
Provide additional support on various operational tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the customer success team.
Requirements
