Amazon offers a opportunity to work as an operations executive in Dubai. Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is currently looking for an experienced operations lead with a strong record of achieving results to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps them build and run this new service for the customers, runs 3P Store Operations. This is your chance to make history.

Duties & responsibilities



You will be responsible for:
Ensuring Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. Motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates’ performance – including under-the-roof/on-the-road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Managing, daily, end-to-end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations. Meeting customer-facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding the safety and morale of the team reporting to you. Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates. Continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement. Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis.Stand-in for Area Manager.

A Bachelor’s degree holder with experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Excel. Ability to travel to different stores within UAE. You are preferred to have:+ A self-motivated person with the ability to motivate associates/team members.
+ Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter.
+ Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources.
+ Ability to work under pressure situations.
+ Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced.
+ Good people management skills.
+ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ 1-3 years of experience in managing a process and people as a lead.
+ Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies as well as SQL would be highly advantageous.
