Black & Grey HR is hiring an Operations Excellence Associate for a diversified group of companies known for delivering world-class technological products and services across multiple industries. This role is part of our clients Emiratisation initiative, exclusively open to UAE Nationals. The ideal for someone with foundational experience in operations management, process optimization, and data analysis who is eager to drive improvements across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives across various operational areas to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential process bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, standardize, and optimize processes in alignment with the company’s operational goals.
- Participate in root cause analysis to address operational issues, recommending corrective actions and ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the development and execution of training programs for team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in conducting regular operational audits to ensure compliance with established standards and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements- Bachelors degree
- Must be a UAE National with a family book.
- 6+ months of experience in related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
