Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Admin and Finance Intern to join our team in Dubai. This graduate-level position offers an immediate start and an opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial management and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, team building, and remote team management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Conduct bookkeeping and data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the administration team with general administrative duties, such as managing documentation across various activities like Visa, Supplier management, Office management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of quarter tax return.
- Aid in the analysis of financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the management of remote teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the overall functioning of the organization.
Requirements:
- Must be a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Proficient in bookkeeping and financial reporting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of remote team management and virtual collaboration tools is preferred.
- Must be able to immediately start in Dubai and commit to a full-time position.
