Our client is a leading multinational
FX trading organization with a strong team in the UAE. They are looking for an
Operational Quality Manager. The successful candidate will be assessing and
optimizing organizational operations. This role includes conducting in-depth
evaluations, developing strategic plans, and leading teams across departments
to ensure projects are completed on time and successfully by driving automation
solutions and delivering training for continuous excellence.
- Perform evaluations of current processes to identify areas for improvement, leveraging data and metrics to assess efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and execute process improvement strategies that align with organizational objectives, creating comprehensive plans for successful execution.
- Collaborate between departments in executing process improvement initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Manage changes to processes and handle the associated organizational transitions, ensuring clear communication for understanding and support.
- Identify and recommend technological solutions to streamline or automate processes, collaborating with IT teams for smooth implementation.
- Deliver training on updated processes and changes, developing educational materials to support ongoing initiatives.
- Establish quality assurance protocols to ensure process improvements meet the required standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, project coordination, or operational excellence and successfully executing within the financial services sector.
- Certified Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to assess, recommend, and implement process improvements.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, especially those related to data analysis and process modelling.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, skilled at presenting complex ideas to various organizational levels, including executive leadership.
