As an Operations Excellence Lead, this role focuses on driving continuous improvement and process optimization through project management, cross-functional collaboration, and lean methodologies.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
Leading site and regional projects, including CAPEX investments.
Aligning with Continuous Improvement (CI) ambassadors to meet organizational goals.
Identifying efficiency opportunities and leading process improvement initiatives.
Providing training, coaching, and guidance on lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
Conducting audits and assessments to evaluate process effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.
Facilitating knowledge-sharing among global teams to promote best practices.
The role will be based in Sharjah(UAE) and will report into Head- Operational Excellence.
Furthermore, we expect that you have
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering is preferable)
Experience working in a global or multinational organization
Relevant industry experience in manufacturing
Proficiency in English language
Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
Previous leadership and change management experiences are desired
Leadership (Influence) and effective communication and resilience
