Achieve revenue targets while effectively managing costs and budgets
Evaluate and adjust rental rates regularly
Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies
Streamline rental processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Oversee rental locations and coordinate operations across multiple branches
Supervise vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposal activities
Monitor servicing schedules to ensure timely vehicle upkeep
Maintain vehicles in optimal condition, adhering to safety standards
Track utilization rates and optimize fleet composition for efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers and service providers
Address escalated customer concerns and ensure smooth counter operations

Requirements
Graduate, MBA, or Engineering qualification
At least 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE's car rental industry
Strong expertise in delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills are essential
Exceptional operational and organizational abilities
