As the Operations Manager you will drive operational efficiency and scalability by developing and optimizing processes, collaborating closely with product teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role will streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate cross-department collaboration to support growth. With 5+ years of experience in FinTech operations, the ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solver, and a passion for process improvement.

You will:

• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand the product roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with teams to align operations with business goals and growth strategies and ensure clear communication
• Establish standard operating procedures and best practices to improve operational workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to enhance performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments to drive smooth execution of projects.
• Support HR and talent acquisition team in workforce planning and operational requirements.
