Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer and help keep our organization
running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, from hardware
troubleshooting to software installations.
What you'll do:
Provide on-site and remote technical support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft
Office Suite, and common applications
Manage device installations, moves, and changes for desktops, laptops, and
peripherals
Support various IT projects, such as software deployments and network upgrades
Maintain and optimize IT assets, including inventory management and
hardware/software upgrades
Assist with data migration and recovery processes
Provide excellent customer service to all users, including VIP support
A degree in Computer Science or related field
1-3 years of experience in IT support
Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell)
Fluency in English
