-- POSITION 1 - SALES EXECUTIVE --

We're currently growing our sales team with 2 new profiles for the position of Sales Executive (3-5 years of experience).


- Easy Wedding Sales team


Easy Wedding sales team is here to help international & interfaith couples start their journey. Selling is less important than genuinely helping people. Each person focuses on his own leads while actively participating in the team strategy. You will have the support of the operation team to work on the weddings & legal solutions offered to our couples. You will directly report to the co-founder and head of Sales & Operations. You will also be part of the strategic decisions from discussing our personas, targetted markets and packages.


We are contacted by dozens of new couples per day. Understanding their problems and developing proper answers has been driving us since 2019. We've been using some of the most interesting tools on the market and our team is as international as our clients.


- Profiles we're looking for


We are looking for young people with a proven track record of 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales willing to help people. We're looking for proactive minds, willing to take the leadership on their discipline and make a positive impact on other people's lives. If you're passionate about helping people and are striving to make an impact while learning, you will love being part of the team.


- Sales Executive (3-5 years of experience).


Candidate should have the following experience:


  1. Experience working in the GCC in hospitality, visa, weddings, B2C or Tourism;
  2. Experience as a top performer ;
  3. Perfect English;
  4. Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  5. Experience in selling on short lifecycle products;
  6. Experience in handling over 500+ new prospects per month.

A few tasks & responsibilities


  • Attend all calls, emails, and online inquiries;
  • Understand our customer's situation;
  • Provide all needed information regarding weddings & documents;
  • Provide all the information about traveling rules and regulations based on the destination;
  • Follow up on potential leads;
  • Close deals promptly;
  • Maintain communication during and after the wedding;
-- POSITION 2 - DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER --

We're currently growing our digital team with 1 new profile for the position of Digital Marketing Manager (5+ years of experience).


- Easy Wedding Marketing Team


Easy Wedding marketing team is here to find international & interfaith couples who need our help to start their journey. Generating leads is simple. Finding the people who need the most of our help is much more difficult! You will have support from the top management (ex Google trainer & VP of marketing) to test continuously different approaches. You will also have to work closely with the sales & pre-sales team and will directly report to the co-founder and head of Marketing. You will also be part of the strategic decisions from discussing our personas, targetted markets and packages.


We are contacted by dozens of new couples per day. Understanding their problems and developing proper answers has been driving us since 2019. We've been using some of the most interesting tools on the market and our team is as international as our clients.


- Profiles we're looking for


We are looking for someone who has the experience of doing things alone and has good experience in setting up and managing a team of experts. Ideally the candidate should have got his own projects and work in more structured companies.


- Digital Marketing (Project) Manager (5+ years of experience).


Candidate should have the following experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in managing CRM (Hubspot is a plus);
  • 3+ years of experience in creating & maintaining CMS websites (WordPress is a must);
  • 5+ years of experience in managing paid budgets above 50k USD per month;
  • Comfortable in reading data;
  • Master's degree or higher;
  • Experience in setting up its own business is a plus;
  • Science & mathematics studies are a plus;
  • Experience in managing teams (hiring, training, management);
  • Good experience in project management:
  • Experience in coding (python & APIs) is a plus.

A few tasks & responsibilities


  • Prioritize projects with other departments and get them implemented:
  • Manage our paid channels;
  • Manage our SEO efforts;
  • Manage our CRM;
  • Be part of the general strategy of our marketing channels;
  • Setup the social media team;
  • Support sales & operation team.
-- POSITION 3 - WEDDING PLANNER --

We're currently growing our operation team with 2 new profiles for the position of Wedding planner Arabic speaker (3-5 years of experience).


- Easy Wedding Sales team


Easy Wedding operation team is here to find solutions to allow international & interfaith couples to start their journey. You will have to work closely with sales & marketing to understand how to continuously improve our service to help every month more people. You will directly report to the Operation manager. You will also be part of the strategic decisions from discussing our personas, targetted markets, and packages.


We are contacted by dozens of new couples per day. Understanding their problems and developing proper answers has been driving us since 2019. We've been using some of the most interesting tools on the market and our team is as international as our clients.


- Profiles we're looking for


We are looking for young people with a proven track record of 3 to 5 years of experience in operation (hospitality) as a coordinator, event planner or guest relation manager.


- Wedding planner (3-5 years of experience).


Candidate should have the following experience:


  1. Experience working in the GCC in hospitality, visa, weddings, B2C or Tourism;
  2. Experience as a top performer ;
  3. Perfect English;
  4. Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  5. Experience in managing multiple customers at the same time (20+ per month)

A few tasks & responsibilities


  • Maintain an ongoing communication with your current & coming couples;
  • Understand our customer's situation;
  • Provide all needed solutions regarding weddings & documents;
  • Attend our couples during their wedding;
  • Generate upsells;
  • Maintain communication during and after the wedding;
-- POSITION 4 - INTERNSHIP --

We're currently growing our team and looking to invest in freshers (marketing and business development).

Easy Wedding team is here to find solutions to allow international & interfaith couples to start their journey. Our interns are here to bring new ways of solving problems. You will have to learn about our personas, target markets, and packages.

- Profiles we're looking for


We are looking for young people with a proven track record of doing things (startup, side business, social work, international travel).


- Internship offers (min 6 months)


Candidate should have the following experience:


  1. In its last year of university (ideally, we want you to stay with us after your internship)
  2. Having at least a 6 month-long internship
  3. Craving for learnings and working extra hours (if you dream about a 9 to 6, no hard feeling, but this position won't suit you)

Easy Wedding Recruiter team is here to shortlist CVs for our regular openings. We don't need necessarily help for the full hiring process. We mainly need people to understand why we are and who will fit best. Our recruiters work directly with the founders to shortlist CVs. They have access to all our database and previous recordings


We hire on an ongoing basis, so there is always a need for someone.


- Profiles we're looking for


We are looking for freelancers with good experience in the GCC countries (mainly the UAE). You should have your own tools ready. We usually pay 1 month's salary upon passing the probation. We can also discuss retainer fees at a later stage.


- Freelancer Recruiter


Candidate should have the following experience:


  1. Experience in hiring in the GCC in hospitality, visa, weddings, B2C or Tourism;
