Evidence of owing the planning, organization and implementation of brand strategies Leading and resourcing a portfolio of products across the full lifecycle including new launches Proven knowledge, skills and experience of navigating and influencing the team members within sophisticated environment Can demonstrate examples of driving new insights and innovation to tackle business problems, improve business performance and benefits to patients Can demonstrate ability to gather and act on business and customer insights to craft brand strategy Evidence of positive relationship with access and medical teams to design and deliver winning brand strategy Evidence of building and motivating a sizeable, successful team Experience with successfully initiating business cases with subsequent implementation Experience of leading brand strategy with evidence of strong alignment and collaboration to deliver overall company results Cluster Experience is a plus * French language is a plus
