Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • End-to-End Onboarding Coordination:
    • Take sole accountability for the efficient onboarding of candidates across the Middle East, with a primary focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia.
    • Act as the primary liaison with local government bodies to ensure timely issuance of working visas and compliance with labor regulations.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide an exceptional onboarding experience, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Relocation and Logistical Support:
    • Manage relationships with relocation agencies and Public Relations Officers (PROs) to facilitate smooth transitions for international hires.
    • Oversee the booking of flights, accommodation, and other travel-related arrangements for new employees.
    • Ensure that relocation processes align with regional compliance standards and KPMG policies.
  • Process Optimization and Technology Integration:
    • Design and implement efficient onboarding workflows, focusing on enhancing and simplifying processes.
    • Leverage modern technology to streamline onboarding operations, including potential system implementation and integration.
    • Develop detailed process maps to ensure clarity and consistency across the region.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of 4-6 onboarding specialists across multiple countries.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring team members are well-trained and equipped to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences.
    • Collaborate with internal departments such as Recruitment, HR, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless handoffs.
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on onboarding metrics, identifying areas for improvement and success.
    • Develop and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in onboarding within the Middle East region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Jordan.
  • Proven track record of working in a structured multinational environment, managing regional operations.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or optimizing onboarding systems and leveraging modern technology.
  • Previous experience managing and developing a team of 4-6 onboarding professionals across multiple locations.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaborations and drive process improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing streamlined processes, supported by comprehensive process mapping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and professional interaction with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a superior candidate experience.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse regional requirements within the Middle East.
