About the Role
The On-Site Recruiter's knowledge of candidate management, market mapping, assessment tools, on-boarding skills, talent attraction and ability to deal with all levels of company stakeholders is absolutely paramount to this role. This role requires someone with both regional and international recruitment experience within both permanent and contract roles.
About You
Due to extensive communication with the head office, a Native English Speaker is required for this role as is someone that is able to travel with limited visa restrictions. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 8 years recruitment experience, preferably within both agency and in-house recruitment. They will have exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for identifying not only the right skill set for the role but also understanding the cultural dynamics of the business to ensure the best possible hires are being made. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of hiring C-level roles across HR, Technology, Finance and Marketing as well as handle large levels of responsibility and work well under pressure.
