The role can be based out of our Dubai, Riyadh or Doha office.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Recruiting Manager. In this role, you will not only play a crucial part in managing candidates through the interview and hiring process but also have the unique opportunity to lead a small team of talented recruiting professionals. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent while demonstrating strong coaching skills to guide and mentor the team.
This role is an exciting growth opportunity to work in a complex and fast-growing market with direct exposure to our IMEA Partners and other senior internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process across multiple searches, with a primary focus on experienced and senior hire-level hires
Design and implement innovative, region-specific strategies to attract, engage, and secure the best talent
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates
Coordinate closely with recruiting team members on our research strategy, market mapping and competitor analysis
Foster collaborative relationships within the team, broader firm functions, and external agencies/vendors
Manage and mentor a small team to encourage growth, creativity, and accountability
Experience Required:
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment
Experience working in professional services or other client-driven environments in the Middle East region is highly desirable
Proven track record in hiring talent within strategy consulting, good knowledge of market trends, competitors, and general talent availability across the Middle East, Africa and India.
Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across a dynamic and complex matrix structure
Skills and Attributes:
Outstanding organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills, high attention to detail and ability to convey a narrative through the use of data and research
Strong sense of ownership and experience proactively taking initiative, collaboratively driving strategy, using sound judgment to prioritize requests, and working with minimal direction
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
