We are currently seeking a Officer – Sales & Marketing for one of our very well known client, to be based in their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

  • To carry out marketing and sales activities regularly for the set annual training plan, and work closely with the client to analyze their training needs to meet the quality and regulatory requirements and advise them to enroll for custom based trainings.

Job Description:

Marketing of Training Services

  • Prepare annual marketing and sales plan for the annual training program.
  • Ensure the launch of marketing & promotion activities using all media forms in a cost effective manner.
  • Ensure efficient and effective marketing campaign as planned to achieve the targeted budget revenue.
  • Upselling/ cross selling for new customers.
  • Ensure receive custom based training requirements as per the marketing and sales plan.
  • Assist higher management in developing reasonable sales goals, collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through various methods.

Training Programs

  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with customers and with training providers.
  • Finalize training needs, training schedule, and the training arrangements for custom-based trainings requests from external entities and internal departments.
  • Assist and liaise with training specialist to deliver programs as per plan, enroll participants on time, capture attendees’ satisfaction level for each training, notify issues immediately for action and confirm payment receipt.

Communication

  • Ensure timely communication with the industry focal points to market and promote scheduled training courses.
  • Ensure proper communication with potential training participants as per marketing plan.
  • Communicate with the industry through various social media channels, newsletters, emails, calls and meetings for the new/potential customers and agreements (MOU / MOA / SLA).

Documentation and Recordkeeping

  • Ensure and maintain accurate records of all training activities in a manner that, it can be easily retrieved for reference.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable marketing and sales options.
  • Analyzing competitors' services to determine service features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success
