Job Description

The Officer - Projects Registration is responsible for overseeing and managing the registration, documentation, and compliance of all projects within the organization. This role ensures that projects adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and project management best practices. The officer will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to facilitate efficient project registration, reporting, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Registration: Manage and oversee the complete registration process for all projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all project documentation is properly recorded, maintained, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Tracking: Maintain an updated project database, tracking key details such as status, timelines, approvals, and compliance milestones.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, departments, and regulatory bodies to streamline project registration and ensure timely approvals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on project registration status, risks, and compliance issues for senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance project registration efficiency and ensure best practices in project governance.
  • Audit & Record-Keeping: Ensure proper archiving of all project records for internal and external audits.

RequirementsQualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
